  • Do you have security measures in place to ensure trouble-free distribution?

    We’ve put in place a number of security measures to ensure your virtual event goes off without a hitch:

    • A redundant Internet network.
    • The use of platforms with a SOC 2 Type II or 27001 security audit.

  • Why organize an online event?

    • To save costs
    • To make the event accessible in several geographical areas
    • Maximize time by reducing travel

  • Can you produce a hybrid event?

    • We have the ability to produce hybrid events by shooting in the studio with remote guests. However, please note that we do not produce events outside our studio. If you’re looking for this type of solution, we can recommend other suppliers.

  • Do you offer live technical support?

    • All our live events benefit from real-time technical support via a chat service.

  • I don't need a studio, can you do everything virtually?

    Yes, we use a virtual control room (Streamyard) to broadcast directly on the web, on Youtube, Vimeo or an event platform.

  • What is your set-up in terms of equipment at the shooting studio?

    We put at your disposal our complete 2000 ft2 studio, 4 cameras, an ATEM Is control unit and a Rodecaster Pro mixer. See our Studio shoots page for more details.

  • How many guests can I have at the same time?

    You can host 4 guests simultaneously (or even more), plus up to 10 virtual guests.

  • Do you offer platform management?

    We are specialists in the implementation and management of broadcasting platforms. We have an Airmeet license which we offer free of charge to our customers. We can also offer you other platforms such as Livestorm, Hopin, Vimeo Events, etc.

  • Can you shoot an event outside your studio?

    We focus our event production inside our studio. However, if you’re looking for solutions outside our studio, we can refer you to other suppliers.

  • Can you present PowerPoint, animated graphics or interactive modules at your events and live events?

    Our live events are like TV shoots, but interactive. So anything is possible.

  • Can you offer a rebroadcast of my event?

    All our broadcasts are recorded, so you can listen to them again and again. Many of our customers subsequently use their broadcasts as short-form content for their social media.

  • Are virtual events still relevant?

    With telecommuting and remote colleagues in other regions, virtual events are here to stay. Sometimes, travel isn’t necessary to meet or be effective. Virtual solutions also make your content more accessible.

  • Do you offer à la carte services?

    We offer services tailored to your needs at every stage of the project: briefing, scriptwriting, design, pre-production, production, post-production or broadcast.

  • Can we rent your film studio?

    Yes, our Montreal video shooting studio is available for rental. Contact us for a quote.

  • Can you create the content for my event?

    Absolutely, as pioneers of virtual events in Quebec, we are experienced designers and ideators. We can create the programming for your event according to your specific needs.
