Dynamic, educational videos for Agence Science Presse
Making scientific information easier to grasp through dynamic, educational video training.
Agence Science Presse asked Sparkling to produce a series of video training modules focused on scientific literacy, designed to help journalists and professionals recognize confirmation bias and other traps in the way information is presented.
The challenge was to turn complex concepts into clear, accessible content while meeting tight deadlines for delivering the modules.

About the project
The project began with a design phase led by Science-Presse and their collaborator Ève Baudin, a content specialist. Their team first identified the key themes to cover — such as confirmation bias and the critical analysis of information.
For the shoot, the chosen methodology drew on previous productions for the Centre d’accès à l’information juridique, in order to create a modern, welcoming training atmosphere.
A studio shoot
Production was built around a studio shoot, where each module was designed as an educational capsule. The project included one main five-minute video and eight two-minute capsules, each addressing a specific aspect of scientific literacy. A teleprompter allowed the speakers to explain their concepts smoothly while keeping a brisk pace.
High-quality content
Sparkling put in place a rigorous post-production process, combining fast editing with custom graphic design. The visuals — including animated text, infographics and video clips — were seamlessly integrated to reinforce the key messages.
Close coordination between the shooting and editing teams made it possible to deliver high-quality content that met both the demands of educational clarity and modern aesthetics.
