Amermelade is the bitter aperitif created by Les Spiritueux Iberville. It’s a happy blend of Italian culture and distinctly local flavours like sweet gale and sea buckthorn: a breath of fresh air for aperitif cocktails!

Mixology can be intimidating, but not with Amermelade! There are countless ways to enjoy it simply. The signature cocktail is undeniably the Spritz, a bitter aperitif paired with the bubbles of your choice.

True to the brand, we wanted to create a colourful world that makes your mouth water and makes you want to enjoy an aperitif on the spot. In its Saint-Laurent Boulevard studio, Sparkling surrounded itself with a team of creatives who understood the spirit of Amermelade: Véronique Duplain on art direction, Onfocus media on filming and editing, and Asilex Rodriguez on mixology.

In the end, 8 original Spritz recipes with Amermelade came to life in dynamic 10-second clips made for the brand’s social media.
